As a highly specialised contract filling company, we concentrate on pharmaceutical and chemical-technical products. Our regularly certified quality management system (DIN ISO 9001, 14001 and others) guarantees you maximum care during processing and the complete monitoring of all production processes. IGS Aerosols is a member of Industrie Gemeinschaft Aerosole e. V. (IGA) and European Aerosol Federation (FEA).

Technical Division

Technical Division Chemical-technical aerosol products are indispensible for numerous applications, both at work and for leisure. IGS Aerosols has comprehensive experience in the filling of products for the automotive industry and workshops, as well as for the outdoor branch.
With its own formulations and OEM special products, IGS covers a broad spectrum of products:

Dissolving, cleaning, caring, impregnating
Maintenance, repair, installation
Corrosion protection
Paints and lacquers
Greases and oils

Welding technology etc.

Individual special versions with a wide range of different valve systems can be filled, of course. We can fill your products, too! In addition to certification to DIN ISO 9001 and 14001, the Technical Division is also certified to EMAS II.

Pharmaceutical Division

Pharmaceutical Division IGS Aerosols produces pharmaceutical aerosols of all kinds for human and veterinary medicine as well as medical products. Production is subject to the most stringent of criteria. It takes place in a separate division with modern equipment. The company is certified to DIN ISO 9001 and 14001 as well as to DIN ISO 13485 and AMG and cGMP.

According to our customers' specification we can fill your pharmaceutical products into containers of a wide range of different designs and sizes. Individual special designs are also possible. We have lots of experience in the filling of asthma metered dose aerosols and asthma powder inhalers in particular. Our pharmaceutical product range includes:

Small series filling
Scale-up and validation for approvals

If required, we can pack your filled aerosols in individual folded boxes on separate packaging machines.
